Each year, during its search for influential women in UK technology, Computer Weekly asks the tech industry to nominate who it thinks should be considered for the top 50 . As part of its commitment to shining a light on the female technology role models throughout the UK, Computer Weekly started publishing the longlist in 2017 when the number of nominations exceeded 160. This number has grown year-on-year from 360 in 2019 to more than 430 women this year, each of which has made a significant contribution to the technology sector.
KareInn’s CEO, Rachelle Mills made the 2020 list of the most influential women in UK Tech and shares her thoughts,
“Great to make the list of the most influential women in UK tech alongside some real superstars. Most importantly I am thrilled to see tech in Social Care represented and getting the recognition it deserves – the sector is making tremendous strides on its digital journey and by this time next year I hope to see digital care planning as the norm across UK homes. Kudos to all of the other women leading the way in health and social care, many of their companies have been part of the KareInn journey in one way or another.”
